Welcomes Janis Saltans as Director of DesignInternational architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and program management firm LEO A DALY is pleased to announce the appointment of Janis J. Saltans, AIA, as vice president and director of design for the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Saltans brings nearly 25 years of international architecture and planning design experience to the firm.
Over the course of his diversified career, he has designed innovative projects of various scale and complexity in countries including China, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Turkey and the United States.
According to Saltans, who recently returned to the U.S. after working in China for more than three years, "This is an exciting time to join LEO A DALY, as the firm's international presence uniquely positions us for architectural opportunities in China and other burgeoning markets.
I look forward to imparting a global perspective on the challenges our architectural studio addresses to enhance the built environment, both locally and abroad."
