Mine Hotel Boutique in Buenos Aires by Sternberg Kohen ArquitectosEsthetics and technology are joined in a warm style of personalized attention, in an enviornment of harmony and cordially.
Mine hotel boutique has 20 rooms, in which pure expressions prevail.
Net shapes, wood, rattan and whites with sparkles of colors that refer oriental.
The project's lines are based on two blocks of rooms, one on the front, and the other one looking toward the back garden, joined by vertical and horizontal bridge-like circulations, providing views to a central patio.
On the ground floor, a sequence of interior and exterior spaces separated by large glazed panels organize the different public functions from the main access, passing on to the lobby, the central patio, then the living room and the bar/restaurant and, at the end, the gallery, the deck and the back garden with a pool.
This allows to see all the spaces together, from the street to the end of the site, causing the guests a feeling of not knowing if they are inside or outside.
Mine hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, shetter of the event-garde, lovers of style and restless spirits.
Center of the new Argentina design, the Soho of Buenos Aires is surrounded by art galleries, clothes stores and design stores, cafes, bars and restos.
Plastic artists, designers, writers, poets, filmmakers, publicists and musicians come together in this center where history and modernity are merge.
