 Proposed design for Starbucks leaves bitter tasteStarbucks Coffee's plan for a vacant site at York Road and Burke Avenue has not pleased the palate of the Towson Design Review Panel.
Frontier Development's proposal to replace the one-time Crown station eyesore with a 1,650-square-foot coffee house with a drive-through lane has been eagerly received by many.
"It would turn a liability into an asset for the community," said Chuck McMahon, chairman of the the Towson Revitalization Partnership.
