Paul Finch, OBE, has a deep knowledge of the built environment gained through years of wide-ranging experience as editor of Building Design and The Architects Journal, as Stirling Prize judge, Deputy Chair of CABE and Chair of CABE's Design Review Panel.
His views on regeneration are well-informed, thoughtful, and frank.
