Designed by HASSELL, the major one40william project has achieved and exceeded all aspects of developer Cbus Property's project requirements, and those of their major State Government tenant, which includes obtaining the certification for 5 Star Green Star Design rating with a score of 72 points.
There is also a requirement for the project to achieve a 5 Star As-Built rating.
The $350m one40william project will provide 36,000m2 commercial office and 6,000m2 retail, food and entertainment tenancies, it looks set to become Perth's most influential new commercial development in decades.
