Cala to Develop Luxurious Residences with the Latest Solar and Fuel Cell Energy

Cala Corporation, a world-leading company in Fractional Ownership, Cruise Ship Lifestyle, Ocean Residences and the first Undersea Resort, is pleased to announce that it has hired the prestigious architectural firm of Michael A. Penny of Titusville, Florida, to plan and design a new riverfront residential tower which will have a stunning view of the Kennedy Space Center launch pad.

In addition, the new development will be within walking distance of the scenic Indian River, and the most pristine beaches in the world.

Adjacent is the world famous Kennedy Space Center Bird Sanctuary, where dolphins and whales may also be viewed from the shore.

The Company previously purchased Gaslight Mall in historic downtown Titusville, and has now made the site its headquarters.

The Company is further developing this property into a boutique upscale residence, generating approximately $20M in sales.

The entire development will be the subject of a pre-sale, prior to construction, with a focus on the European, and Northeastern American, markets.

The Kennedy Space Center area is the number one destination for many Europeans, especially those from Great Britain.
