Materialized Light: PadLab Exhibition and LecturePadLab, a young, Los Angeles based design studio, creates new materials, architectural glass, lighting, and fine art.
The exhibit and lecture will explore the interaction of light with their new materials: Flexicomb and Bubble Glass.
PadLab was selected as a finalist in Metropolis Magazine's 2006 NEXT Generation competition, and is concurrently debuting Bubble Glass and lights made from Flexicomb at ICFF.
Exhibition on view: May 17th - 24th, 2006.
