Acclaimed UK Designer Nina Campbell Joins Dulux Colour AwardsDulux is delighted to confirm the appointment of one of the world's most influential interior designers, Nina Campbell, as the third 2007 Dulux Colour Awards judge.
Dulux spokesperson Andrea Lucena-Orr outlined the rationale behind Ms. Campbell's involvement in the Awards:
"Ms Campbell's designs have become icons in the world of style.
Her expertise extends to all facets of interior design yet the importance of colour in her work is clearly paramount.
This is evident not only in her client work but also her own private projects - she is undoubtedly a passionate, fearless advocate for colour in design!
We believe Ms Campbell's outstanding professional experience and her witty, thoroughly modern sense of style add an exciting shade to the 2007 Dulux Colour Awards," said Lucena-Orr.
Ms. Campbell will join Australian architects Abbie Galvin, principal Bligh Voller Nield and Tim O'Sullivan, principal Multiplicity to judge next year's submissions in the prestigious design Awards, now in their 21st year.
Ms. Campbell is renowned for her elegant style highlighted by a rich palette of colours and fabrics.
Her glamorous and unashamedly luxurious approach to design has resulted in work for the Duke and Duchess of York, Queen of Denmark, Rod Stewart, Annabel's private club in London and Villa Nova in Barbados, but to name a few.
