Daniel Figgis' Tamper for Fringe FestivalDublin musician Daniel Figgis will present a performance of a site-specific intermedia event entitled 'Tamper' as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival.
'Tamper', described as a new collaborative process encompassing live music performance with surround sound, integrated video/slide and lighting design, will take place at Tamplins House, Marley Park, Rathfarnham on 24 and 25 September.
Figgis is currently the composer-in-reside nce for Dun Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council.
He recently premiered his sound installation, 'Motor', at Kilfane Park as part of the Kilkenny Arts Festival and earlier this year he was the subject of a tribute CD by 'When it's Ajar - The Music of Daniel Figgis?'
Tickets for 'Tamper' cost €15 and there will be two shows nightly, at 8.15pm and 9.45pm.
