Lensculture, the international online magazine of contemporary photography announced the launch of Lens Culture Editions.
This on-line fine-art photography gallery offers a unique opportunity to discover and collect some of the world's best 21st century photography made by emerging international artists as well as world-renowned photographers.

The Art Interview - 12th International Online Artist Competition is a quarterly, international, juried exhibition of paintings, drawings and sculptures in any medium.

Cities of the World shows the work of South African artist Titus Matiyane.
Matiyane creates huge panorama drawings of cities and landscapes from a bird's-eye view.
These colourful drawings overwhelm the viewers and take them on an extended journey through an urban landscape.
Matiyane (born in 1964) is one of many South African artists who have become fascinated by life in the townships and the transformation of the cities.
The panoramas, which he has been making since 1990, give the impression that the artist has observed the cities from the air, while in fact he only flew for the first time in 1998.
Titus Matiyane was already part of "South African Season's", an exhibition initiated by Kristin Feireiss, when she was director of the Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAI) in Rotterdam.
This exhibition has been put together by Annemieke de Kler, curator/Rotterdam, and Stephen Hobbs, artist and partner of The Premises Gallery in Johannesburg.

Japanese artist Takashi Murakami returns to MOCA for a special talk about his acclaimed exhibition MURAKAMI, on view now at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA until February 11, 2008, before the exhibition departs for an international tour.
Murakami will discuss various aspects of the exhibition and his practice.
MURAKAMI features key selections from Murakami's oeuvre spanning his career, including political works from the early 1990s, large-scale otaku-inspired figure projects of the late 1990s, and the ongoing evolution of Murakami's anime alter ego.
