ContainerArt 2005ContainerArt is an urban, itinerant and adaptive art exhibit.
Installations of the most innovative talents of the local and global artscape in 20 containers spread around town.
A different work of contemporary art in each container, a different mix of artists in each city.
The moving event begins in Bergamo, Italy on the week end of the 14th of October, then off to Varese on the next week-end.
In 2006 twenty more cities are scheduled throughout Italy, Switzerland, and the European Union.
"We park them in the streets, gardens, and even on beaches. And then off we go, week-end after week-end: to more neighbourhoods, towns and cities around the world.
ContainerArt is on tour, and it heralds the rebirth of art history" says Ronald Facchinetti, ContainerArt founder.
