Gage Mitchell is currently a Design Ninja (a self proclaimed title) at Eye Design Studio in Charlotte, NC. The firm specializes in print design, but doesn't shy away from a great environmental sign package or interior space design.
He also holds the position of Operations Director for AIGA Charlotte, which he was elected into after being Programming Director for over 2 years. During that time the group completely reinvented the concept of an active design community, taking the chapter from roughly 5 events a year to over 30.
Before moving out to the East to find a new adventure, Gage worked as a contract designer at The Design Shop in the Denver, CO area. The front range was home to Gage for many years, growing up in the suburbs of Arvada, graduating from CSU in Fort Collins, and then working as a designer in Edgewater, near Denver.
