MBD Competition
MBD is a particular format of post-graduate master in Business administration and Innovation that intends to create a new manager able to manage the industrialisation of creativity and to apply the sensitivity and the capabilities deriving from the knowledge of the Made in Italy model in new entrepreneurial directions.
MBD addresses newly-graduated people, young professionals and corporate resources in need of training. With its multi-disciplinary approach, the Master pursues the following aims:
- to create a new managerial class composed of people who know how to combine creativity, managerial skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- to provide the necessary tools for the management of a design-driven company: to resort to innovative visions to create successful strategies, to work for global projects and not only in terms of skills or solutions, to have a holistic vision to manage the market and the sector, the brand value, the environmental and social responsibility towards stakeholders
- to enhance, accelerate and broaden the virtuous circuits of the districts' organisational model; to understand, delve deeper into, and optimise the characteristics of the Made in Italy
- to apply the results of research to enterprise under the from of new business hypothesises, innovative explorations and market strategies in order to shine on the scene of global competitiveness.A network of companies and enterprises takes part to each edition of MBD. The students will be able to relate to the companies during the fourteen months of the Master Course by working together on the workshops, applying for scholarships or collaborating during the internship.
