Marksman Design Award 2005-2006
The fifth international Marksman Design Award will be held in the study year 2005-2006. With the title 'Plug in your innovation', the Marksman Design Award challenges (industrial) design students to design a 'mobile electronic business accessory' as an innovative, premium-quality business gift item. Students have the chance of winning cash prizes totaling US$ 16,000, plus the possibility that their design will actually be put into production.
The Marksman Design Award places the emphasis on exclusivity and innovation. The design competition is the initiative of PF Concept International, one of the largest producers of business gifts in Europe, Asia and the USA, to promote international interest in desirable, high-quality business gifts.
Important dates and deadlines Marksman Design Award 2005-2006
* September 1st, 2005: opening of (online) registration by students
* December 30th, 2005: closure of registration by students
* February 17th, 2006: deadline for submission of designs
* End February 2006: judging of entries by expert international jury
* April 2006: announcement of winners
