Contestants are required to draw a luxurious space to serve as the temporary residence of a couple, which must not exceed 250 cubic metres. Contestants must also generically identify the site for which they have planned this project, which may be something ranging from an existing building to a dwelling to be displayed in a natural park or a public square.
Each proposal submitted must include a cost estimate.
