ADESIGN FAIR 2004 - International Design Fair

ADESIGN FAIR 2004 International Design Fair which was organized in September 2003 for the first time will take place in İstanbul between the dates of 06 - 10 October 2004 at Hilton Convention & Exhibition Centre and Harbiye Military Museum.
ADESIGN FAIR, which was organized last year for the first time, has reached more than 20.000 visitors during four days. More than 60 companies -local and international companies- and 20 independent designers were represented.
ADESIGN FAIR 2004 which was organized by AD art+décor the one of the most prestigious design magazine of Turkey and İkon the one of the leading companies in international fair and convention organization business.
ADESIGN FAIR targets to spread the concept of "design" to the whole city of Istanbul rather than bordering it within the fair area. The long term aim of the fair is to be recognized internationally as one of the world's most influential design events and to position İstanbul as a leading force in field of design, and conducing for Turkey's promotion.
In ADESIGN FAIR 2004 designers, manufacturers and consumers will come together as well as latest trends will be exhibited and participants will launch new products. Along with these, during the fair exhibitions, conferences, panel discussions, workshops and special presentations of famous designers are being organized.
With the theme of "From Turkish Delight to Turkish Design" this year, ADESIGN FAIR is giving the opportunity of investigating the international successes of Turkey and Turkish design and designers in a short period of time(from past to present) with a case study.
