Despite evolving (since its launch in 1995) into a hugely successful contemporary commercial design exhibition, 100% Design retains an idiosyncratic nature and an atmosphere that sets it apart from comparable shows in Europe, whilst generating massive press interest around the globe and millions of pounds of sales for its exhibitors.
It has an advisory panel that ensures the right mix of designers and manufacturers at the highest level. It nurtures up and coming designers and creates innovative collaborations with the media, including The Independent, the AJ, Domus, Channel 4 and Elle Decoration. Each year, its design and installations surprise and at times provoke - think the LG Bar and Nokia space in 2003. And it has privately run bars and restaurants, serving proper food and drink in nice surroundings.

Visitor figures demonstrate 100% Design's continuing ability to attract more visitors and press per square metre than any comparable event in the UK or abroad, with 812 press from 75 countries, and around 20,000 trade visitors (11% from overseas), from a total audience of 35,878.
