Porcelain Interprets Industreal

For the 45th Edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano, Industreal presents its first collection of objects.
Industreal, after exploring the potential of computer controlled prototyping with the exhibition In Dust We Trust, 2004 and, after giving form to thoughts in the exhibition Model Ideas, 2005, for 2006 they have called upon designers to dream.
This year for the Salone del Mobile, the exhibition Dream, proposes an idea of creativity, or even a poetic assumption, which declares: all things, before becoming everyday objects, live in a dream called the project.
It happens that dreams become reality and, when they do, there will always be something material that gives them life. Textiles, metals, glass, common wood or precious stones are all materials that dress the dreams of design ready for the pleasures of function, for the feel of the hand, the look of the eye or the need of the brand - and so on.
During the Salone del Mobile 2006, Industreal will show a first selection of ideas which, it was felt, where open to be interpreted by a material which has the ductility and the colour of dreams: porcelain.
And so a collection of 50 objects is born and Industreal has the pleasure to present them in an exceptional showroom: the garden of realised projects.
