Alessi celebrates 25 years of the coffeemaker 9090
ALESSI CELEBRATES 25 YEARS OF THE COFFEEMAKER 9090
The espresso coffeemaker "9090" designed for Alessi by Richard Sapper is now 25 years old: a special numbered edition has been released. Winner of many prizes, including the Compasso d'Oro ADI in 1979 and Design Plus Frankfurt in 1983, the coffeemaker, one of the most classic archetypes of Alessi, is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art of New York and can be seen in other important museums around the world. The special edition comes in two sizes, for 3 and 6 cups, and can be purchased at Alessi outlets as long as the supply lasts.
