Milanese Designer, Rosario Pascuzzi Creates Lamps for Interiors
In 1995, for the Fuori Salone del Mobile of Milan, presented his collection of lamps, than participated to various exhibitions. His ideas came from experimentation and research of simple lines and forms. He was influenced by the 30’s and 40’s and traditional Japanese design.
Rosario Pascuzzi's lamps which evokes an intimate atmosphere, also creates a particular personality to the enviroment in which they are set. The materials he uses, including fine sheet of wood, copper and alluminium net, steelwire, rice paper, bamboo and wooden rods.
About: --Born 1964, Bergamo, Italy --Diploma in Illustration at Scuola Superiore d’Arte applicata all’Industria of Milan. --Collaborates with various design studios for textile design and graphic projects. For prestigious brands such as Marithé Francois Girbaud, Ermenegildo Zegna, Prada, Paloma Picasso, Swatch, Cerruti, Krizia… --In 2003, starts with his own collection of hand-painted t-shirts.
