Sergio Tacchini / Question Air Collaboration
Earlier today, Sergio Tacchini announced the start of a collaborative partnership with fashion retailer, Question Air. The new menswear and womenswear line created by Sergio Tacchini and Question Air will launch in Spring 2006 across London.
Founder of Question Air, Dylan Ross lived in France for two years where he finely tuned his fashion expertise within a well-informed market. With the first Question Air store opening in Covent Garden in 1991, the company has progressively expanded to include five stores across deliberately targeted locations within London. Question Air is now considered one of the most influential independent retailers in the UK.
"I see the collection as the evolution of Sergio Tacchini and have been hugely impressed with how Sergio Tacchini understood the whole concept to produce a collection that is classic with a twist" said Ross.
The Sergio Tacchini and Question Air collaboration represents an opportunity for Sergio Tacchini to continue making a big noise in the sport-fashion market with hugely influential designs. Sergio Tacchini has been making sport-fashion history since 1966, the year of the company's inception, partnering with fashion brand Burro, and more recentlyinvolved in a heavy marketing campaign during 2005, which is set to continue well into 2006. "Question Air is one of the most respected retailers in the South-East and the collaboration with Sergio Tacchini will establish Question Air as a major player in fashion" says Sergio Tacchini Managing Director, Mike Thompson. "With a major 80's hip hop inspiration, this aspirational luxury collection will take Sergio Tacchini to the next level of sport-fashion."
The collection will be unveiled at the BREAD & BUTTER tradeshow in Barcelona from 8-10th July and will be available at select high-end retailers in Spring 2006.
