$200 Million Project by B+H Architects
B+H Architects begin $200 million project in Middle East
On August 5th, 2005 Tactical Connections took Bregman and Hamman Architects (B+H Architects) to meet with His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, to negotiate the first Middle Eastern project for B+H Architects. His Highness Sheikh Sultan invited B+H to begin work immediately on the master plan for a CDN $200 million new town development in the United Arab Emirates.
After an extensive evaluation of the premier architectural firms in Canada,
Tactical Connections selected B+H Architects as the ideal firm for
introduction into this project.

to His Highness who was seeking Canadian expertise for this project due to
Canada's outstanding global reputation for architecture and engineering" said
Samer Kamal, Senior Partner at Tactical Connections and President for Ontario
of the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry (EEIG).
The four and a half hour meeting was held at His Highness Sheikh Sultan's
summer estate outside of London and included lunch and a personal tour of the
grounds by His Highness. B+H Architects was also invited to present concepts
for three large-scale youth centers that will include indoor motor cross
facilities and submit concepts for a two tower hotel and commercial project.
According to B+H Architects partner Tonu Altosaar, "This is a great first step
into the region. It is extremely important to have the right introduction into
the region and the right partner to make that a reality."
The UAE represents tremendous opportunities for Canadian businesses
