Alias announced today the availability of a free 30-day trial version of Alias ImageStudio 2 software. This easy-to-use rendering software creates high quality rendered imagery from 3D models for communicating design concepts, design reviews and presentations. With Alias ImageStudio, designers spend less time preparing renderings of 3D models and more time designing and modeling.

New interactive rendering accelerates the process of fine-tuning the look of materials and environments in order to quickly get the desired result. New support for the STEP file format and enhancements to IGES support allow the software to be used with virtually any application that can produce 3D data.
