The wogg-pavilion has been tested during its development in wind-tunnel conditions, as well as in real-life, outdoor situations. It has proven capable of handling a decent amount of wind, especially when staked down and secured with the sandbags that are part of the wogg-pavilion set. However, we can't guarantee that it will hold fast during a gale or a super-gusty Santa Ana wind day at the beach. Follow your intuition. The safety kit included with your wogg-pavilion contains additional strings and stakes for added support. If wind conditions increase, you should fold the canopy down into a "stand-by position."
