Built by Levitt and Sons, the 9,700 sq. ft., Multi-Award-Winning, state-of-the art Grand Clubhouse contains many unique elements such as a billiard room, a card room, and a high-tech fitness center. A community swimming pool, Tennis Center, recreational park, picnic area, and basketball and beach volleyball courts serve as additional places for the family-oriented lifestyle to be exhibited.
The interiors of the clubhouse and affiliated amenities were intended to convey a very relaxed, but luxurious, Caribbean feel which eloquently complimented the exterior structures.
Rodolfo Acevedo, Partner/Design Principal was the Principal Architect in charge; David V. Povio, Division Manager of the firm's Treasure Coast Operations, was the Project Manager.
