Introducing Rolland Matte
After more than 120 years in the cocoon, a little surprise has emerged. Like a caterpillar who transforms into a butterfly, Rolland Matte is the first coated paper made at the traditionally uncoated Rolland mill. This transformation has been possible due to various improvements made on the paper machine. From its caterpillar life, Rolland Matte keeps the impeccable whiteness, opacity and ecological attributes of Rolland papers. Its transformation also gave him the gloss needed for its new life as mat paper.
Rolland Matte is a Recycled Coated Matte with a brightness of 92% G.E. It has a remarkable opacity for its category with surprising whiteness and print quality. Rolland Matte contains 30% recycled post-consumer fibre, is certified EcoLogo and is made using Biogas Energy.
