Concrete Pictures Expands West Coast Representation with Hiring of Sam Schoemann

Concrete Pictures is increasing its capabilities on the West Coast with the hiring of Sam Schoemann as VP Client Development. Schoemann will be tasked with developing new revenue streams to incorporate Concrete's skills in branding and marketing, as well as focusing on the company's core business. Schoemann joins Brian Black, Vice President of Interactive Media, and David Sparrgrove, Senior Creative Director in Concrete's Santa Monica office.

Prior to joining Concrete Pictures, Schoemann was head of branded content and entertainment marketing for ka-chew! - the commercial division of prominent animation studio Klasky Csupo, Inc. While there, he was successful in integrating content solutions for such major brands as Hallmark Cards, Radio Disney and Rainbow Media.
Schoemann started his career as an Associate Producer at the documentary production company, Varied Directions, Inc. Eventually he left production and became Executive Director of Creative Services for Columbia TriStar International Television where he developed the studio's first business-to-business client services website.
He is a graduate of Boston University's College of Communications and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University's School of Business and Management.
