Behavior Design Expands with Four New Hires
Lacy Gene Garrison, Matthew Armendariz, Alison Zack, and Nick Keppol
Behavior Design adds four talented professionals to their core team, bolstering their ongoing strong account growth and new business wins. These new hires include Software Developer Lacy Gene Garrison, and Visual Designers Matthew Armendariz, Alison Zack, and Nick Keppol.
"These individuals bring a diverse spectrum of experience to Behavior, supporting our commitment to supply top-notch creative and technology services to our clients," says partner Ralph Lucci.
Lacy Gene Garrison, Software Engineer Software Engineer Lacy Gene Garrison joins Behavior with over seven years of field experience as a web developer / software engineer.
Garrison was a Webby Honoree in his role as Technical Leader of Web Design at broadband telephone provider Vonage, where he developed and managed over 20 web properties and a team of 10 designers.
Garrison's other experience includes KickApps, a white-label media syndication and social networking web application group; and Crosslinks, a web-based financial application developer for Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and many others.
Garrison holds a Computer Technology and Applications Professional Certificate from Columbia University, and a BA in computer science and psychology from Hendrix College, AK.
Matthew Armendariz, Visual Designer As a new member of the visual design team at Behavior, Matthew Armendariz draws upon extensive experience from such diverse clients as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck.
Prior to joining Behavior, Armendariz was Interactive Art Director at imc2 in Dallas, where he conceptualized and designed websites, email marketing solutions and advertisements for a wide range of clients, including GSK, Barr Labs, Galderma, and Abbott. Previously, Matt worked at Dialogue Design, where he created design solutions for Brinker International, Grubb & Ellis and Auto Detail. Armendariz holds a certificate with Dean's Honors from the Art Institute of California, San Diego.
Alison Zack, Visual Designer Alison Zack is excited to bring her eight years of experience as a Web Development and Design Production Manager at healthcare publishing powerhouse Smart & Strong to Behavior. Her strong background in web development, design production, maintaining brand integrity, and creating marketing materials is on display at POZ.com and POZ Personals.
Nick Keppol, Visual Designer Nick Keppol joins Behavior's team as a Visual Designer. He holds a BFA degree from Philadelphia's University of the Arts, where he received a number of the university's most prestigious design awards (including the Graphic Design Faculty Award and the University of the Arts Promising Artists Award), while making Dean's List and holding a full scholarship.
