FLAnk Announces Newest Luxury Condominium
 Manhattan-based developer FLAnk announced its newest luxury residential building, 441 East 57th Street, a 15-story condominium edged in anodized metal in fritted glass, in the heart of Sutton Place-a neighborhood rich in social and architectural history.
"Each residence is clearly articulated on the façade. The assembly evokes a block of townhomes stitched in to a unified column," said Jon Kully, principal and co-founder of FLAnk. When completed in Summer 2008, 441 East 57th Street will contain seven two- , three- and four-bedroom residences including four duplexes, one triplex and one penthouse, and will range in size from 1,650 square feet to 3,390 square feet, respectively. Each residence will feature a refined level of finishes including charcoal stained maple flooring, BTX motorized shades and recessed cove lighting. Prices range from $2,795,000 to $7,100,000.
The kitchens will feature custom-designed cabinetry and mill work, a built-in breakfast banquet and a well considered appliance suite, which will include a La Cornue Cornufe range and oven, Miele dishwasher, Whitehaus 35" porcelain sink with a Dornbracht Tara faucet as well as a Viking refrigerator/freezer and wine chiller.
Master baths will boast radiant heated flooring, 18" Irish Bluestone flooring and white Thassos wall tiles, custom-designed sambuca-stained maple cabinets with a white Thassos marble vanity, Dornbracht Tara bath and shower fixtures, Toto Aquia Dual Flush water closets and Valli & Valli bathroom accessories.
Amenities at 441 East 57th Street include dedicated storage for each residence in the lobby equipped to store packages and dry cleaning deliveries, a complimentary year membership at Sports Club L.A. as well as daily white glove home cleaning by the Lindquist Agency.
Entry-control, delivery management and security at the building will be provided by a CyberDoorman, an interactive touch screen control panel, connected to a 24 hour monitoring and security service. Each delivery is secured in private lobby storage, which opens automatically when a resident approaches. This system is controlled by an RDF key fob carried by each resident, which also automatically opens the front door and the keyed elevators.
The access and entry control program also operates on a biometric thumb print reader. Each regular visitor (such as an au pair or the building's white glove cleaning service) can be given access for particular time frames, particular days, or a combination of the two. This flexibility and customization is the ultimate in home security.
In addition, each owner will be able to operate their home remotely via Smart 441, a home automation operating system. From the wall-mounted touch screen, an office computer, i-phone or BlackBerry, residents will be able to adjust the climate control, raise or lower shades, turn on or off installed lighting and control home audio and video. The system is upgradeable, customizable and can be suited to fit any imagination.
