FRCH Design Worldwide Continues Expansion with Two New Additions
The FRCH Retail + Mixed-Use Destinations Studio is pleased to announce two recent additions. Recognized for creativity and service, FRCH has a staff of more than 275 professionals.
Joining FRCH are:
E. Randall Harder, AIA, Director, Architectural Design Rand brings more than twenty years of national and international experience in large scale planning, design and architecture of retail centers and mixed-use developments. His career has been one of ever increasing responsibility as a design visionary and leader. Rand is a hands-on designer who works closely with clients and is responsible for leading design, mentoring and guiding teams, and overseeing projects from concept through completion.
Rand's background includes six years with JPRA Architects where he held a key design role involved in major regional, urban and international shopping destinations. He is a registered architect and has a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
Christopher N. Beghtel, AIA, Director, Project Management Chris has more than twenty-five years of experience as an architect and project manager overseeing large scale and often complex projects. He is recognized for exceptional client communication skills and the timely and effective accomplishment of project goals. Chris has demonstrated expertise in all project phases, from inception through completion, including retail destinations, commercial buildings, a performing arts facility, a convention center, and sports and entertainment venues.
Chris is a registered architect and has a Bachelor of Science Architecture and Certificate of Energy Management from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a long standing member of the American Institute of Architects, and has served with the Cincinnati Chapter as President, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors.
