Scalable Technology for a Global HR Giant
Adecco, the world's largest human resources company, retained Behavior to increase the scalability of their current web sites and develop tools and systems that encourage communication between their candidates, associates, and clients.
The initial phase of the redesign focused on Adecco's North American web site as well as the finance, office, consulting and legal reaches of its sub-brand Ajilon.
Behavior also developed a custom application that functions as a corporate communications tool for creating, publishing and distributing emails, PR and newsletters to staff within Adecco and throughout the brands.
Upcoming development will include the creation of private extranets, registered candidates/associates can login, view/access new job listings, complete timesheets, and obtain information about career development. Clients can view/organize candidate resumes and upload needs and data to their own extranet.
The redesigns maximize the latest technologies and embrace best-of-breed practices. By implementing flash components into the design for example, Behavior was able to help Adecco maintain consistency across sites, facilitate ease-of-use, and steamline maintenance. The solutions are modular, pulling data from XML files and databases, sharing dynamic content and streamlining interface elements.
The engagement has been measurably successful that Adecco's global presence is now expressing interest in the system for use in their respective international markets.
