Worktank Wins Emmy for Interactive Website

Seattle-based advertising agency Worktank was honored with a Gold Emmy in the Advanced Media/Interactivity category for its work on Microsoft's See Windows Vista website. Vice President/Creative Director Kalie Kimball-Malone accepted on behalf of Worktank.
"Video is not just about broadcast, it's about new and different screens," said Kimball-Malone. "I'm pleased that NATAS is recognizing the shift in how people experience moving media. Now viewers can actually interact with a video experience in multiple screens. It opens up new ways for companies to create meaningful relationships with their customers."
Worktank created an interactive online experience for the See Windows Vista website that would make the world sit up and take notice of Windows Vista's powerful capabilities. The site uses rich media and video to illustrate how Microsoft partners have used the robust capabilities of Windows Vista to enhance business, reach out to people, manage resources more effectively and achieve other successes.
The Emmy was awarded to Worktank by the Northwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), which serves television professionals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Montana. For the past forty-four years, NATAS has been honoring companies and individuals in the Northwest for their outstanding work and recognizing the leaders at the Northwest Regional Emmy Awards.
