Nontzeflash Animation FestivalNontzeberri.com cultural web site and Bilbao's Fantastic Film Festival (FANT) promote Nontzeflash Animated Film competition. It is open to everybody who wants to take part, no matter where you are from and there is no limited number of submissions. The animated films can be in any language. They can also be silent, use only music, any other type of sounds, or just images. The animated films should be produced in SWF and the file should be no bigger than 2,5 Mb. The best animated films will be awarded by judges and they will be shown on Bilbao's Fantastic Film Festival FANT 2004.
