Heavenspot Completes Domino Online Ad Campaign

Heavenspot has recently completed the Online Advertising Campaign for "Domino," a newly released blockbuster from New Line Cinema, directed by Tony Scott, staring Keira Knightley and Mickey Rourke.

The online campaign includes inventive rich media ads, interactive eyeblaster banners, promotional tie-ins such as sweepstakes and sponsorship formats as well as distinctive viral marketing pieces.

The client's primary objective for the project was to create a complete online campaign that would extensively promote the release of the film and its edgy directorial style.

Chevon Hicks, Creative Director of Heavenspot noted that "The main challenge for the firm was to create a sense of action, adventure, and suspense; grabbing the viewers attention through motion graphics, fast cut video and frenetic flash animation was our approach."

The final package consisted of hundreds of different advertising units and various cross-promotional pieces.

Work on the project began in early September and was completed in October.

All design, animation and production was completed in Heavenspot's Hollywood, CA, Headquarters.

Design for the project was executed in Photoshop CS and Illustrator CS with all animation and interface design done in Flash MX 2004 with additional animation from After Effects 6.5 and Combustion 4.0.
