El Tipo is a magazine of typographical experiments born in Spain in 2000. José Gil-Nogués Villén (Valencia, 1971) is the creator and editor of this bulletin. El Tipo is composed by ideas, numbers, texts, images and the collaboration of an invited designer around a letter of the alphabet, beginning from letter "Z". Till now 9 numbers have been published. These are some designers who have taken part in this project: Fernando Brevers, Emilio Gil, Isidro Ferrer, Manuel Fernández and Javier Mariscal. |
