Dressing a Galaxy : The Costumes of Star WarsA collection of more than 100 costumes, accessories, and props from all six films of the Star Wars saga – including Episode III Revenge of the Sith – will be on display at the FIDM Museum & Galleries beginning September 19 through December 10th, 2005.
This extraordinary exhibition at the FIDM Museum & Galleries is made possible through the cooperation of Lucasfilm Ltd.

"Dressing a Galaxy: The Costumes of Star Wars," showcases wardrobes, including armor and accessories, from all six movies for the first time.
Darth Vader (with loud, mechanical breathing), two Wookie warriors and assorted aliens are among the 100-plus costumes and props borrowed from climate-controlled storage at director George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch in Northern California.
Trisha Biggar brought her wide-ranging experience in art, theater, film, and television to the mission of designing costumes for Episodes I, II and III of the Star Wars saga.
After studying at the Wimbledon School of Art, Biggar worked with celebrated British theater
