With this year's designer collaboration H&M opens its doors to the exclusive world of Roberto Cavalli.
The Italian designer will create a one-off collection for women and men exclusively for H&M.
The line will carry the vital touch and the intense sensuality typical of Roberto Cavalli, one of the world's most exciting and creative fashion designers.
"Roberto Cavalli has created a world of his own, iconic and full of fantasy, when it comes to colours, prints, and style.
There is no place for shyness and no possibility of ending up with a mainstream wardrobe of everyday basics.
The Roberto Cavalli collections represents an exuberant, successful lifestyle," says Margareta van den Bosch.
"As the first Italian designer in the history of H&M, I enthusiastically welcomed this invitation, proud to bring the lively and positive spirit of my work to a new audience, who will be able to see and interpret my style in an individual way.
I love freedom and challenges: breaking down barriers, experimenting in different directions.
H&M is all this for me.
I will add a dash of festivity and dreams," explains Roberto Cavalli.

Gianfranco Ferre, the Italian designer known as the "architect of fashion" for his structured, sculpted shapes and for his groundbreaking tenure at Christian Dior, died Sunday, a hospital said.
He was 62.
Ferre was taken to the San Raffaele hospital in Milan on Friday after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage.
The hospital, in a statement authorized by Ferre's family, said he died Sunday night.
Ferre started his career as an accessories and jewelry designer, and then moved on to clothes.
His unofficial title as Italy's architect of fashion came thanks to the degree in architecture he obtained in 1969 from Milan's Polytechnic Institute that inspired his designs.
He started his own company in the mid-1970s, but his major leap came in 1989, when he was tapped by Bernard Arnault to be the top designer for Christian Dior.
At the time, it was almost unheard of for a non-French designer to lead the venerable Parisian house.
Ferre stayed on at Dior until the fall of 1996, when he returned to Milan to tend to his own men's and women's collections.

Fashion - forever attracting with novelties.
Fashion follows the pulse of the times and its changes reflect changes in society.
Fashion designers need not only a sense of form and material but also the ability to anticipate things to come.
New Arrivals, Design Forum Finland's summer exhibition, presents the young designers and visionaries of Finnish fashion along with main developments in this field.
The exhibition tells what is today's luxury design or street fashion.
How does creative design differ from luxury design?
What is essential in Finnish fashion - uniqueness, boldness, originality or something completely different?
New Arrivals addresses the nature and ideology of fashion, and gives voice to the designer.
The designers tell of their own starting points and ways of working.
What is their inspiration? What stories are to be found behind the designs? This exhibition gathers an important group of young Finnish fashion designers, most of whom work for the international market.
They will display fresh aspects of their output.
Participants include Aki Choklat, CTRL, Samu-Jussi Koski/Marimekko, IVANAhelsinki, LAITINEN, Daniel Palillo, Minna Parikka, Rinne Niinikoski, Hanna Sarén, Saint Vacant Footwear, Anssi Tuupainen/Turo Red Label, Tiia Vanhatapio and Jarno Viitala/Nanso.

Faced with a nation that is - or thinks that it is - savvy about the environment and social ethics, British retailers have had to reform.
High street names are now falling over themselves to impress with their "green" and "fair trade" credentials.
And many smaller firms have come up with innovative ways to give customers what they want without trampling all over the planet.
Yet within this climate of heightened corporate social responsibility is a growing sense that consumers are having the wool pulled over their eyes.
