Founded in 1966, Century literally carved a niche for itself in the watch industry with its creation of unique timepieces in facetted sapphire.
Today, Fireworks, Egos and Ellipse are playing an important role in the brand's continued development.
Over the years, Century has established a distinctive and exclusive look with its sapphire watches that has become a "classic".
They are handcrafted from a monolith system that consists of a multi-facetted sapphire case and face that are inseparably joined using a chemical process; the sapphire case blank is cut and polished by hand, with the addition of materials such as diamonds, gold, platinum, mother-of-pearl and Chinese lacquer, thus making each watch genuinely unique.
The watches are all water-resistant to 100 metres and fitted with a Swiss quartz movement, or, if desired, a hand-wound or automatic mechanical movement.

Sienna Miller is designing her own range of skinny jeans.
The actress, famed for her bohemian chic style, has signed a multi-million pound deal with top fashion line Pepe to create a denim collection.
A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Sienna has become a style icon in such a short space of time.
The jeans will be her own unique designs and the fact that she can model the clothes makes the whole project more exciting."
Pepe hope Sienna's collection will prove as popular as the denim range designed by Victoria Beckham for Rock and Republic.

Lounge Lover, the London-based designer of luxury loungewear or "easy-living wear", is launching its new collections for Spring-Summer 2006.
Lounge Lover creates soft, chic and hip loungewear, for luxury lounging and relaxing.
The collections are small capsules of 6 to 8 styles, available in 2 or 3 colours, to be mixed and matched depending on one's mood, or activity. On the menu, a cocktail of softness, femininity and luxury for the ultimate lounging experience.
Designer Sylvie Gabriel created Lounge Lover in 2004 as a response to the growing need of active women for easy clothing in which they feel beautiful and comfortable, at home and away from home.
Sylvie Gabriel said: "When designing these new collections, I had the busy and sophisticated women in mind.
By mixing softness, femininity and style, I want these women to feel gorgeous and relaxed, not only at home or in everyday life, but also when they treat themselves to a spa, practice yoga, or even travel or go on holidays".

AngloMania focuses on British fashion from 1976 to 2006, a period of astounding creativity and experimentation.
Over the past 30 years, British fashion has been defined by a knowing and self-conscious historicism.
In their search for novelty, designers have looked to past styles with an appetite that is as audacious as it is rapacious.
Focusing on their postmodern, historicizing tendencies, this exhibition presents a series of tableaux based on Britain's rich artistic traditions.
The irony of satirical prints, the romance of landscape paintings, and the glamour and bravado of grand manner portraits are evoked through a wide spectrum of British designers.
The exhibition is set in the Metropolitan Museum's English period rooms-the Annie Laurie Aitken Galleries-to create a potent dialogue between the past and the present.
