The Space Between: Textiles, Art, Design, FashionThis conference-which takes place in Western Australia-focuses on the intersection of creative disciplines that has given rise to hybrid fields like biotechnology, cybernetic design, and nanotechnology. This event offers a forum for discussion and debate of the issues facing artists, designers, writers, academics, and curators-including such topics as globalization, traditionalism, Modernism, ideology, and "new" technologies.
