Glam Announces Design a Dress Competition for Aspiring DesignersGlam, flagship site of media network Glam Media, launched an online contest for budding designers everywhere titled, "Be Discovered: Design A Dress."
During the month of January, designers can submit original sketches of dresses they've designed for the chance to ultimately win a grand prize package of a trip to New York City to apprentice at a fashion house for the day.
A panel of expert judges including, renowned fashion designers Monique Lhuillier and Adam Lippes, celebrity stylist and designer Tina Knowles, Lord & Taylor Divisional Merchandise Manager for Contemporary Sportswear Vanessa Lefebvre, Glam Media CEO Samir Arora, and PR guru Paul Wilmot will choose one lucky winner.
The grand prize will include an apprenticeship for a day at ADAM as well as a $500 Lord & Taylor gift certificate.
