Madrid International Fashion Week: SIMMDuring the first weekend in September, Madrid will become one of the largest international forums for the presentation of fashion trends, during the staging of Madrid International Fashion Week (SIMM).
This trade event, organized by IFEMA, will take place between 2nd and 5th September at Feria de Madrid, featuring the collections for the Spring-Summer Season 2006, presented by the leading companies in the industry.
The ticket prices are set as 23 € without pre-registration and 11,50 € with pre-registration.
Three months before the fair actually takes place, a total of 845 exhibitors had already confirmed their participation at the next edition of SIMM.
The organizers expect to attract a total of 980 companies by the time the fair is staged.
With regard to net exhibition area, the fair has so far set aside 30,800 square metres, with forecasts pointing to a final figure of 34,000 square metres. In both cases these figures exceed those recorded last September 2004.
Quality and design are two of the characteristics that define the exhibition presented at each edition of SIMM, based on the participation of a number of leading companies, such as American Retro, Chacok, Les Copains, Antik Batik, Hybris, José Antonio Teniente, Gonnella, Votre Nome, Daniel Hechter, IKKS, Oilily, Josep Font or Andrés Sardá, among others.
