Arts of Fashion 2005 Enlivens S.F. Fashion WorldPresided over by fashion icon Jean Charles de Castelbajac, the Arts of Fashion 2005 will bring an international collection of fashion, art, ideas and talent to San Francisco on November 11 & 12.
As a co-host of the event (along with the S.F. Design Center and the California College of Art), the Academy of Art University invites the public to an exciting mix of debates, presentations and seminars at the Academy's historic Morgan Auditorium at 481 Post Street in San Francisco.
In addition, the main focus of the two-day event will be the entries by 70 fashion students selected from 43 different U.S. fashion schools and Universities.
These designers will present their creations related to this year's theme of "Art + Fashion + Industry" in the frame of a unique fashion show and display, presided over by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac.
Those selected by the professional international jury invited in San Francisco, will be presenting in Paris on December 15, 2005 at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre during the 23rd edition of the 'Concours International des Jeunes Createurs de Mode.'
