New York, Dec. 2003: Frederick Chipkin of Kew Gardens NY has earned inclusion in the 2004 Edition of Who's Who in America. Frederick is best known for his book "Adobe PhotoShop for textile design", which is a tutorial on how to adapt the program Adobe PhotoShop for textile design.
