Maria Kinas Won the Dressing Codes Competition by Domus AcademyThe fifth edition of Dressing Codes - the competition organised by Domus Academy and Future Concept Lab and supported by Deborah Group, intended to confront itself for the first time with a real dedicated production.
Dressing Codes Competition jury selected the first 3 winners and 6 special awards among numerous works sent from all over the world.
The projects (more or less 50) were all rich in stimuli and innovative interpretations of the brand Deborah through creative views, often special and of great impact.
The jury unanimously awarded the first prize to Maria Kinas, Australia, who has developed a particularly profound thesis on the brand, highlighting in its identity a strong masculine component, apart from the feminine one.
Maria Kinas' work stroke the attention of he jury for its cultural richness, its interdisciplinary and for the originality of the realized accessories.
