Young creative professionals (30-years-old and under) may now submit entries online to the fourth biennial exhibition, ADC Young Guns 4. The Art Directors Club is looking for the world's most creative young professionals-"Y oung Guns"-working in graphic design, illustration, photography, advertising design, and interactive media, to feature in its biennial exhibition in New York and to publish in the exhibit catalog. No more than 100 ADC Young Guns will be selected by an international judging panel from MTV, Virgin Records, Vintage Books, Pentagram, Ogilvy & Mather, and
