Birmingham-based BHSF, the nationwide health insurer, has sharpened its marketing focus.
It has developed an in-house design team recruited from current staff which has taken over the creation of marketing material.
BHSF found it had become reliant on outside printers and design agencies while there was talent within its own marketing department.
Siobhan Race was co-opted to head up a team which now produces the majority of the artwork for the marketing brochures and packages for BHSF.
Ms Race and her team of four, have been working on a new corporate image for the operation.
By the end of the year it will be able to boast all the facilities needed for a full desktop publishing operation.
