Information Design Conference 2007Information Design Conference 2007 is the latest in a series of occasional UK-based Information Design Conferences, organised by the Information Design Association in the UK.
IDC 2007 will be held in the stately riverside surroundings of the Maritime Campus of the University of Greenwich - the former Royal Naval College in Greenwich, designed by Sir Christopher Wren.
The Information Design Conferences are always organised to bring together a diverse group of practitioners and researchers, concerned with information's usability and usefulness.
This year programme includes presentations from nine countries in Europe and Asia, North and South America.
Several themes have emerged, including: wayfinding and signing, heath information & food labelling, interactive systems and instructions, designing communication in a regulatory environment, design models, theories & techniques.
The Conference Programme is in the process of being finalised.
