Graphex 2008: The Best of Visual Communication in CanadaSince 1977, excellence in Canadian communication design has been celebrated at Graphex.
This biennial competition showcases the best of cultural, social and business communications - in all mediums.
As part of the GDC's mandate to create an ongoing archive of Canadian design, Graphex'08 is a national event - open to all designers across Canada.
A travelling exhibit will be launched in May 2008 to showcase the winning work across Canada.

The Graphex '06 theme was "Searching for the Canadian in Design" with a look of Canadian flora and insect fauna, and a mosquito as a mascot, the main theme raised the question about Canadian design.
The theme for Graphex'08 will be announced in the coming months and will be an inspirational celebration of the unique aspects of the design profession in Canada.
