I recently came across a web site that offered cheap logo design for startup businesses for under 200$. The site was clean but not much to look at. What really caught my attention though was how they were marketing themselves. The general idea was to low-ball other designers' rates by offering "public domain art" as well as copyrighted material that the buyer has no option to purchase. In other words they create logos out of clip art and don't allow the client to purchase the art so that they can reuse it on another client's product. So Mr. Joe B
