Red Bluff City Council starts flag design contest

"We are looking for a flag that depicts our city's history and future, but keep it simple," said Red Bluff City Council member Larry Stevens.
All ages can submit a design, in color and on standard 8 and one-half inch by 11 inch paper. They must include names, phone numbers and addresses so they may be contacted.
